How we work

We operate a standard 5 - 7 working day turnaround time for most repairs, but in many cases fix them much sooner! Generally speaking its the nature of problem and availiablity of parts, that determines how quickly we can repair your Laptop. But we keep you informed of our progress, so your always aware of whats happening and when you are likely to get your laptop back.

Your Data

If your worried about your data, dont be! We can, should you require, backup all your data before we commence working on your Laptop, so you can rest easy knowing that all is not lost. We also offer a data recovery service, so we can retrieve your data from faulty systems, and hard drives.

Our Laptop Repair is a workshop service i.e we carry out the work in our workshop in Sydenham, so you can either bring your Laptop to us for the repairs, or you can book it in for our “pickup and return” service. For our “pick up and return” service, we’ll drive down to your home or office and pick up the laptop, we will then repair it, and arrange a time to return it back to you! This is a free service offered to customers in our local community. We dont offer a “National”, or “Greater London” service, we dont use couriers, or postal companies we use our own staff, so we can guarantee the security and integrity of your Laptop, Software, and Data.

Also for a an additional fixed fee, you can request that we setup your repaired Laptop at your premises when returning it, testing, and ensuring that you can access your applications, connect to the internet, retrieve your emails, and print your documents!

Diagnostics Fee

With our Laptop Repair service, we charge a diagnostics fee of £45 before we can begin work on any Laptop. This is deductable from the final price for any repair work done. The way this works, is you give us your laptop, and we diagnose the Laptop problem, we then give you a call or txt message with a quote on how much it will cost to fix the Laptop problem (be it a hardware or software fault). Armed with this information you can either give us the go ahead to repair the laptop, or return it to you as was.

If you decide to go ahead with our quote, then all you need to pay is the quoted price less you diagnostic fee already paid. If for some unforseen reason we cannot repair your Laptop, or if you reject the quote, we will make no further charge, except the diagnostics fee already paid.
