Question: How do I get going?
Well takes about an hour to set up and put in place which will include an engineer visit. To get started we’ll install a software agent on each computer or server you would like to monitor. This software then reports back to a central CT server with any alerts about your system. It will be actively looking for any imminent component failures or problems with your security software. If an area of concern is identified it will generate an alert. We’ll contact you with details about the alert. The monitoring system is always available and alerts are viewed around the clock.
